Energy commodity prices continued to surge in December, rising 3,1%. For the year, prices were up 5,9%.
Non-energy prices also rose, increasing 1,9% in December and 3,8% in 2019.
Precious metals inched up 0,5 % in December, but jumped 17,9% for the year, the largest increase among commodity groups.
